Add 1-2 droppers to a bubbly beverage of choice or take straight.

One dropper full is about 1ml. Consider how many droppers full you might use daily to help you determine which size is most practical for you!

An elixir is technically a tincture with honey or something sweet added. While our “tinctures” contain honey and are by definition elixirs, we use elixirs here to signify alcohol extracts that are meant to be used for pleasure, though they are medicinal as well.
