  • Most herbal remedies require consistency and patience in order to take significant effect. This is why we suggest a gentle regimen that will last up to 3 months time. Your regimen could include various teas, tinctures, herbal powders, topicals, etc.

We will take into consideration your preference for consuming herbs, and as well consider current medications, lifestyle choices, sensitivities, and allergies before recommending supportive botanicals.

  • Herbal medicine can be used to treat many common ailments, such as allergies, asthma, eczema, premenstrual syndrome, hormonal imbalance, acne, hair loss, menopausal symptoms, arthritis, chronic pain, migraine, chronic fatigue, IBS, constipation, nausea, common colds and illness, cough, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, the list goes on!

Some medicinal herbs can act as both a super food and preventative medicine by nourishing the body with minerals, anti-oxidants, anti-tumor, and anti-inflammatory constituents.

  • We encourage you to speak to your medical care provider before using herbal medicine, particularly if you have a known medical condition or if you are pregnant or nursing. As with conventional medicine, herbal medicine is vast and complex, and must be used responsibly.

Herbalists are not doctors. Herbalists are trained through programs specifically based in herbal medicine, which does not usually entail higher education or schooling in pharmaceutical drugs. We are here to empower you on your journey to health and wholeness by sharing our practical knowledge and providing gentle, effective remedies.
